A regular support group for those who are interested in mental health and self-development. and those struggling with mild mental health difficulties.

The group will be facilitated by a retired counsellor, who will also provide some workshops on mental health topics chosen by the group.

Just think of it as meeting a friend for a cuppa & cake... we'll provide the refreshments and save you a seat!
